Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
How to Start a Return
- Email us at philosoflyunified@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We'll send you a return authorization and instructions within 2 business days.
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at philosoflyunified@gmail.com with a photo and your order number.
