These Terms of Service govern your use of the Philosofly Unified website and your purchase of products from Philosofly Unified. Throughout these Terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Philosofly Unified.

By visiting our website, creating an account, or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms of Service and any additional policies referenced here, including our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy. Please do not use the website or place an order if you do not agree to these Terms.

1. Online Store Terms

You must be at least the age of majority in your state or place of residence to make a purchase, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

2. Products and Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, images, colors, sizes, and other information as accurately as possible. However, colors and appearance may vary depending on your device, screen settings, printing process, garment material, and manufacturing variations.

Many of our products are printed or produced after an order is placed. Minor variations in print placement, color, sizing, or appearance may occur and are not necessarily considered defects.

Product availability, designs, colors, sizes, prices, and descriptions may be changed or discontinued at any time without prior notice.

3. Orders

Submitting an order does not guarantee that we will accept or fulfill it. We may limit, cancel, or refuse an order for reasons including:

Product unavailability
Incorrect pricing or product information
Suspected fraud or unauthorized activity
Payment authorization problems
Shipping restrictions
Errors involving product variants, inventory, or customer information

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will issue a refund to the original payment method for the canceled portion of the order.

4. Pricing and Payment

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices may change at any time, but price changes will not affect orders already accepted unless there was an obvious pricing or technical error.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other fees will be shown during checkout when required.

By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize us and our payment processors to charge the total amount shown at checkout.

5. Order Cancellations

Because many Philosofly Unified products are made to order, production may begin shortly after an order is submitted.

To request cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at [YOUR SUPPORT EMAIL]. We cannot guarantee that an order can be canceled after production or fulfillment has begun.

Approved refunds for canceled orders will be returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping estimates are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Production and delivery times may be affected by order volume, carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, customs processing, supply interruptions, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

You are responsible for reviewing your shipping address before submitting an order. Contact us immediately if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after fulfillment begins.

Risk of loss and title to products pass as provided under applicable law and the terms of the shipping carrier.

7. Returns, Replacements, and Refunds

Returns, replacements, and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

You should inspect your order after delivery and promptly contact us if the product is damaged, defective, misprinted, incorrect, or missing.

We may request photographs or other reasonable information to review a claim. Any remedy will be determined in accordance with our Refund Policy and applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

8. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotions and discount codes may be subject to separate conditions, expiration dates, product restrictions, minimum purchase amounts, and availability limits.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

Discount codes cannot be combined.
Discounts have no cash value.
Discounts cannot be applied retroactively.
Promotions may be changed or ended at any time.
Discounts do not apply to taxes or shipping charges.

We may refuse or cancel a promotion when we reasonably believe it has been used fraudulently, improperly, or contrary to its stated terms.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content, including artwork, designs, illustrations, graphics, logos, photographs, product names, written content, branding, and website elements, is owned by or licensed to Philosofly Unified and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of the underlying artwork or intellectual-property rights.

10. Customer Reviews and Submissions

When you submit a review, photograph, comment, suggestion, or other content to us, you represent that:

Payment information may be processed by Shopify and other authorized payment providers rather than stored directly by Philosofly Unified.

Information on the website may occasionally contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions involving product descriptions, prices, promotions, shipping charges, availability, or delivery estimates. We may correct errors and update information at any time.

We do not make warranties that the website will be uninterrupted, completely secure, or error-free. Products are subject to any express warranties stated in their descriptions and any warranties required by applicable law.

This section does not exclude warranties or consumer protections that cannot legally be excluded.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Philosofly Unified and its owners, employees, contractors, suppliers, service providers, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or purchase of products.

18. Termination
