Sometimes holding on hurts more than letting go. The Peace Requires Letting Go tee is a reminder that peace often begins when you stop gripping what is already hurting you and give yourself permission to release it.

The distressed rope-and-hand design turns that idea into something visual: the tighter the grip, the more pain it creates. Letting go is not giving up — sometimes it is choosing yourself.
